What are Glo Pals ?
Glo Pals are liquid-activated light-up sensory toys. Each of these toys comes with its own personality and color. There are four of each character in a pack. Pippa glows green, Alex glows yellow, Lumi glows purple, Sammy glows red, and Blair glows blue.

Are Glo Pals safe for my child?
Yes! The technology behind Glo Pals has been extensively tested and sold worldwide. These products have been independently tested by laboratories in the United States to meet all applicable standards for children ages 3 and older. Due to the size of Glo Pals, the product is intended for children ages 3 and older.

How are they packaged?
There are four light-up bath toys (buddies) in each package. The color of the package indicates what color the buddy will light up when placed in the tub. For example, the purple package will come with four buddys inside that purple light-up. Check out glopals.com/shop for more images.

How long do they last?
Each individual Glo Pal lasts for a minimum of sixteen hours of light. What this means is that the product automatically turns on when placed in the bath and automatically turns off when the bath is drained. Only the time the product is lit will count towards the battery life. On average, a Glo Pal should last at least 30 days. We recommend reading the “storage” question below to further increase the longevity.

Are the batteries replaceable?
They are not. To meet applicable US safety standards, the batteries are sealed to minimize the risk of choking. For us, safety is by far the most important thing - and we want to make sure your child is safe with our product. While the batteries are not replaceable, the pals are recyclable. A Glo Pal lasts on average 4-6 weeks.

How do we store Glo Pals when not in use?
It is very important that Glo Pals are removed from the liquid and dried when not in use. Typically, removing the pals from the liquid, shaking them quickly, and laying them out to dry will help extend the life of the pals.
