- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions dictate the rules for visiting and purchasing products from the MINI-ME online store, available through the website www.mini-me.pt, in accordance with article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, which establishes pre-contractual information regarding contracts concluded remotely.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements and relationships concluded between Mini-Me and any Customer who places orders through this website.
When using the Mini-Me online store you imply acceptance and full agreement with all the parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access the Mini-Me store.
If you do not accept, partially or fully, any of the conditions stipulated, you should not make purchases at the Mini-Me store. By accessing and making purchases in this store, you are committed and responsible for respecting the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
Mini-Me reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.

- Product Information and Contents
All products have a description with the information considered pertinent about them, which can be complemented with technical sheets when made available by the supplier. All information about products, prices, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed at any time by Mini-Me.

- Personal Data Protection Policy
The collection of personal data by Mini-Me is exclusively intended for processing orders, billing and statistical purposes, and is not used for any other purpose, nor transferred to third parties. Mini-Me, in compliance with Law No. 67/98, of 26 October and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, assumes a commitment of privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each Customer's personal data. At any time, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, update and delete their personal data.
- Pricing Policy
The prices of products at the www.mini-me.pt store include VAT at the legal rate in force. Mini-Me reserves the right to change prices, without prior notice, and subject its products to promotional campaigns. The user will pay the final amount at the order completion stage, with the shipping cost calculated according to the amount and delivery destination. For more information, see Shipping and Delivery.
- Payment methods
Users of this website can choose the following payment methods: Multibanco reference, MBWAY, Credit Card or bank transfer. For more information, see Payment Methods.
Users of this website may choose the following available payment methods:
– Multibanco: After completing the purchase process, a bank reference will be made available. From that moment on, you will have 24 hours to make the payment. After this period, the reference and respective order will be cancelled. You can make the payment through home banking, online ATM or at any ATM. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email at the email address you provided with confirmation of your payment.
– MBWAY: You can use the MB Way payment method to make purchases, you only have to select the MB WAY payment method, then enter your mobile phone number and finally confirm the operation in the application. After payment, you will receive an email with order confirmation.
– Credit Card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD): After entering your card details, the order will be confirmed by email.
– Bank transfer: requires sending proof of payment to the email ola@mini-me.pt indicating the order number in the subject. This transfer must be carried out within 24 hours. If it is not placed, the order is automatically cancelled.
- Shipping Costs, Deliveries, Deadlines, Guarantees and Responsibility
Mini-Me ships to mainland Portugal and the islands, through a carrier, with the shipping cost being defined depending on the value of the order and destination.
In mainland Portugal , on orders worth €50 or more, shipping is free . You can find more information about shipping prices here .
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Whenever possible, orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day. Delivery of the order is carried out through a carrier, with registered shipping. You will receive an email with tracking number information so that you can make changes if you wish and/or monitor the delivery of your order.
After the order has been dispatched, it is usually delivered within 1-2 working days (in mainland Portugal). Delivery times may be longer in times of high volume of orders.
Please note that Mini-Me only dispatches orders on business days (between 1 and 2 business days after payment confirmation), therefore, to estimate the delivery time of your order, weekends will not be taken into account. -week, nor public holidays. Please note that the dates indicated are estimates, therefore, any delay in the dispatch of items and delivery of orders, in relation to the dates shown on the website, does not entitle you to any compensation.

Gift Wrapping
You can request the wrapping of one or more items in your order by selecting that option when adding the item to the shopping cart. The cost of each package is €0.60 (VAT incl.).
- Return – Right of Free Resolution
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can communicate your dissatisfaction and return the product(s) within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. The value of the item(s) will be refunded as long as all the conditions below are met:
- Items must be in perfect condition, as they were sent, with the box/packaging, original labels and the respective invoice;
- All material/packaging that transports the order must be returned;
- Items must not show signs of use or have been altered in any way (washed, sewn, cut, broken, damaged, etc.)
- Personal hygiene items once opened cannot be returned (example: pacifiers, toothbrushes).
If any of the above assumptions are not met, Mini-Me reserves the right not to accept the return in question.
You must send an email to ola@mini-me.pt with information about the items you wish to return and place your identification on the packaging where you place the items.
Shipping the item(s) to be returned to our facilities and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that items be sent by registered mail, with Mini-Me not being responsible for any loss and not accepting collections.
After evaluating the condition of the items and verifying the assumptions indicated above, Mini-Me will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 20 days, using the same payment method whenever possible or another alternative.
The right of free resolution does not apply to personal hygiene products, such as pacifiers, toothbrushes, among others, after opening the box.
We do not carry out direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us by email. We will send you the address to send us the item. As soon as we receive it and verify that it is in the condition in which it was sent, we will send you a discount code for the corresponding value, which you can use on your next order within 14 days.
- Online Store Registration
In order to access a wider range of features, the User may register their profile on the website. To this end, the User must fill out a form, in which, in addition to optional elements, they must indicate the following data: Name, surname, email address, telephone number, NIF, Address, City, Postal Code, Country, District, Consent. When registering on the website, your data and preferences will be saved to be more easily used in future purchases. Only the necessary elements will be collected to allow personalized service.
The user can also make a purchase without prior registration, providing only the data necessary to send the order.
After completing registration, the user will be able to access their personal account and manage account settings, as well as access the history of orders placed, respective invoices, as well as other preferences.

All content published on this website, including design, texts, images and content presented under the Mini-Me brand, is protected by copyright, so any reproduction thereof requires prior authorization from the author.
