  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions dictate the rules for visiting and purchasing products from the MINI-ME online store, available through the website www.mini-me.pt, in accordance with Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, which establishes pre-contractual information relating to distance contracts.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements and relationships concluded between Mini-Me and any Customer who places orders through this website.

By using the Mini-Me online store, you fully accept and agree to all the parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you access the Mini-Me store.

If you do not accept, in whole or in part, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases at the Mini-Me store. By accessing and making purchases in this store, you are committing to and taking responsibility for respecting the conditions set forth on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

Mini-Me reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.

All products have descriptions with relevant information, which may be supplemented with technical data sheets when provided by the supplier. All information regarding products, prices, specifications, promotional offers, and services may be changed at any time by Mini-Me.

  1. Personal Data Protection Policy

The collection of personal data by Mini-Me is exclusively for order processing, invoicing, and statistical purposes, and is not used for any other purpose, nor is it shared with third parties. Mini-Me, in compliance with Law No. 67/98 of October 26 and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), is committed to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each Client's personal data. The client has the right to access, rectify, update, and delete their personal data at any time.

  1. Pricing Policy

The prices of products on the www.mini-me.pt website include VAT at the current legal rate. Mini-Me reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to subject its products to promotional campaigns. The user will pay the final amount at the checkout stage, with shipping costs calculated according to the order value and delivery destination.   1. Payment Methods

Users of this website can choose from the following payment methods: Multibanco reference, MBWAY, credit card, or bank transfer. For more information, please see Payment Methods.

Users of this website may choose from the following available payment methods:

– Multibanco: After completing the purchase process, a bank reference will be provided. From that moment, you will have 24 hours to make the payment. After this period, the reference and the respective order will be canceled. You can make the payment through online banking, online bank slip, or at any ATM. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email at the email address you provided confirming your payment.

– MBWAY: You can use MB Way as a payment method to make purchases. Simply select MB WAY as your payment method, enter your mobile phone number, and finally confirm the transaction in the app. After payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.

– Credit Card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD): After entering your card details, the order will be confirmed by email.

– Bank transfer: requires sending proof of payment to the email ola@mini-me.pt indicating the order number in the subject line. This transfer must be made within 24 hours. If it is not made, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  1. Shipping Costs, Deliveries, Deadlines, Guarantees and Liability

Mini-Me ships to mainland Portugal and the islands via courier, with shipping costs determined based on the order value and destination.

In mainland Portugal , shipping is free for orders of €60 or more . You can find more information about shipping prices here .

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Whenever possible, orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery is made via courier, with registered mail. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you can make changes if you wish and/or track your order's delivery.

After the order is dispatched, it is usually delivered within 1-2 business days (in mainland Portugal). Delivery times may be longer during periods of high order volume.

Please note that Mini-Me only ships orders on business days (between 1 and 2 business days after payment confirmation). Therefore, weekends and holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time. Please also note that the dates indicated are estimates; therefore, any delays in the shipment of items and delivery of orders, considering the dates presented on the website, do not entitle you to any compensation.

Gift Wrapping

You can request gift wrapping for one or more items in your order by selecting this option when adding the item to your shopping cart. The cost of each gift wrapping is €1 (VAT included).

8. Exchanges and returns:

The following terms and conditions apply only to purchases made in this Online Store.

8.1. Right of free revocation

8.1.1. The Customer may return an item purchased through the Online Store whenever they wish, especially if they do not like it or it does not meet their expectations, or for exchange purposes when the item's measurements are not adequate, within 14 days. In any case, provided the item is in proper condition for use. The right of free resolution does not include, however, goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and other cases excluded under the terms of article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.

A communication from the Client to Mini-Me via email will suffice. Please contact ola@mini-me.pt to communicate your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

The Customer must follow the procedure indicated by Mini-Me in response to the notice of withdrawal, and any costs arising from the return of the products are borne by the Customer. In particular, the Customer will bear the full cost of returning the items in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract. In the case of returning goods that, by their nature, could not have been sent by Mini-Me by mail, the User must also bear the Mini-Me shipping costs listed in the shipping cost table.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, tape, and any other elements of the item, packaging, or presentation intact, otherwise we will not accept the exchange/return.

  • The items must be in perfect condition, as they were sent, with the box/packaging, original labels, and the corresponding invoice;
  • All the material/packaging used to transport the order will have to be returned;
  • The items must not show signs of use or have been altered in any way (washed, sewn, cut, broken, damaged, etc.).
  • Personal hygiene items cannot be returned once opened (e.g., pacifiers, toothbrushes).
Once the item is received and verified to be in perfect condition, we will refund the product price using the same payment method used or via bank transfer.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error or defect is ours.
  1. Register for the Online Store

To access a wider range of features, the User may register their profile on the website. To do so, the User must fill out a form in which, in addition to optional elements, they must provide the following mandatory information: Name, surname, email, telephone, CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID), Address, City, Postal Code, Country, State, Consent. By registering on the site, your data and preferences will be saved for easier use in future purchases. Only the information necessary to allow for personalized service will be collected.

The user can also make a purchase without prior registration, providing only the necessary information for order processing.

After completing registration, the user will be able to access their personal account and manage account settings, as well as access their order history, corresponding invoices, and other preferences.

All content published on this website, including design, text, images, and content presented under the Mini-Me brand, is protected by copyright; therefore, any reproduction thereof requires prior authorization from the author. Misuse or commercial use of images may result in legal action.
