Shipping and Deliveries
Mini-Me ships to identified coutries within the European Union, such as Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy and Germany, with the shipping cost determined based on the order value and destination.
Whenever possible, orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched on the same day. Order delivery is carried out through a courier service, with registered shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number for any alterations or to monitor the delivery of your order.
After dispatch, the order is usually delivered within 5-6 working days. Delivery times may be longer during periods of high order volume such as Christmas, Easter and Black Friday days in November.
Keep in mind that Mini-Me only ships orders on working days (1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation). Therefore, weekends and holidays are not considered in estimating the delivery time for your order. Please note that the provided dates are estimates, and any delays in item dispatch and order delivery compared to the dates on the website do not entitle you to any compensation.
The delivery address may differ from the billing address. You can choose to receive the order at your workplace and maintain your personal address as the billing address. Simply indicate this at the time of purchase.
Mini-Me is not responsible or will be held liable in any way for any losses, damages, or misplacements during transport. Upon receiving the order, check the external conditions of the packaging, and in the case of visible damages, these should be reported in the Transport Guide document, to be signed and returned to the carrier.
By accepting the order, it is considered in good condition. In case of shipments returned to the sender due to the order not being claimed, or due to incorrect or insufficient address, the items will only be sent again done upon a new payment of shipping expenses.
