The following terms and conditions are only applicable to purchases made in this Online Store.
Right of free revocation
The Customer may return an item purchased through the Online Store whenever he/she wishes, in particular if he/she does not like it or it does not meet his/her expectations, or for exchange purposes if the measurements are not suitable, within a period of 14 days. In any case, as long as the item is in proper condition for use. The right of free withdrawal does not include, however, goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and other cases excluded under the terms of article 17 of Decree Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.
It will be sufficient for the Customer to communicate with Mini-Me via email ola@mini-me.pt , communicating the exercise of the right of free resolution before the end of the 14-day resolution period.
The Customer must follow the procedure indicated by Mini-Me in response to the communication of free resolution and any costs arising from the return of the products will be borne by the Customer. In particular, the Customer will bear the full costs of returning the items in the event of exercising the right to free resolution of the contract. In the case of the return of goods that, by their nature, cannot have been sent by Mini-Me by post, the User must also bear Mini-Me's shipping costs which are set out in the table of shipping costs for orders.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with seals, labels, ribbons and any other elements of the item, packaging or presentation intact, otherwise we will not accept the exchange/return.
- The items must be in perfect condition, as they were sent, with the box/packaging, the original labels and the respective invoice;
- All material/packaging used to transport the order must be returned;
- Items may not show signs of use or have been altered in any way (washed, sewn, cut, broken, damaged, etc.
- Personal hygiene items cannot be returned once opened (e.g. pacifiers, toothbrushes).
Once the item is received and after checking that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a voucher for the value of the product, which you can use in our store. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the error or defect is ours.
